Clarifier is used in the process of manufacturing of Japanese tranditional alcohol, "Sake", to get rid of contained impurifired elements (dissolved protain) or main element to create impurified element. We can improve the transparency and prevent to become impurification.

Clarifier, "Kaki Tannin" is utilized as the nature of persimmon tannin to absorb protain.
